We are adding a Center Store (Grocery) Manager to our team! If you are experienced in overseeing the operations of grocery, dairy, and freezer departments while ensuring financial and sales goals are met in a positive, collaborative supermarket environment, APPLY TODAY! Center Store Manager Perks

Center Store Manager Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Center Store/Assistant Store Manager experience
  • Extensive management experience in grocery, frozen, and dairy departments
  • Strong financial acumen – especially with shrink, labor, purchasing, and inventory costs – and the ability to enact change for improvement
  • Ability to train, lead, and direct team members
  • Act as a role model for the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure the center store section is properly stocked and visually appealing to customers at all times
