We are looking for an entry level Talent Acquisition Specialist to aid in the job promotion and hiring of our teams. This position offers flexible work hours.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Internal recruiting
- Interview screens
- Onboarding paperwork, work ID validation
- Post jobs
- Assist in other HR functions as needed
Talent Acquisition Requirements:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proficient with job posting, use of social media
- Collaborative and supportive of management staffing needs
- Organized with record keeping, file maintenance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
