We seek a Regional Insurance Agency Manager to Develop and manage agency/broker relationships, including developing new business and retaining existing business within a territory. If you have experience working for an insurance carrier or as a business development manager for an insurance agency and are looking for a flexible work environment, we would love to work with you!

Responsibilities of the Regional Insurance Agency Manager:

  • Develop and implement agency plans
  • Monitor agency performance
  • Recruit and develop agents
  • Ensure partners achieve their business goals
  • Promote agency production initiatives
  • Analyze and manage profitability metrics
  • Develop rapport with industry peers
  • Collaborate with internal departments

Qualifications for the Regional Insurance Agency Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Small commercial lines distributions and frontline production underwriting experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Proactive outlook
