We are seeking a high-energy Assistant General Manager -level Restaurant Manager to be part of our amazing team! Come grow with us!! Our ideal Restaurant AGM must possess exceptional hands-on leadership and training/development skills.

Restaurant AGM Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and direct team – set the bar high and never underdeliver – ongoing training is key
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
- Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail
- Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention
- Oversee FOH and BOH; hands-on jump in where you need to mentality! Team player!
Restaurant AGM Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of current experience in a Full-service Casual, Quick Service, or Fast Casual Restaurant Manager role
- Scratch Kitchen experience is highly preferred in addition to strong Food Safety knowledge
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships
