We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a members-only resort nestled in one of Montana's most breathtaking mountain locations. Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative menus tailored to our members' preferences and seasonal offerings
- Ensure the highest standard of service and quality in all aspects of the dining experience
- Provide customized dining solutions for members and their guests, exceeding expectations
- Maintain a flexible approach to adapt to the changing needs of the resort throughout the seasons
- Work independently and foster an entrepreneurial spirit in running the culinary operations
Ideal Candidate:
- A strong passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable dining experiences
- Previous experience in a high-volume resort, club, or hotel is highly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, seasonal business environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- A creative and innovative mindset with a dedication to culinary excellence
