This crucial role, based within a striking property, demands a leader adept in combining finesse with decisive management to sustain our standards of service and cuisine.
Job Details:
- Location: Esteemed steakhouse in Destin, FL
- Schedule: Permanent, full-time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance our top-tier service standards to guarantee exceptional dining experiences.
- Spearhead financial health through adept sales growth and cost containment, ensuring quality remains uncompromised.
- Nurture, guide, and develop staff to uphold high performance and retain premier talent.
- Cultivate a culture synonymous with excellence in service and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in fine dining steakhouses, including a minimum of 2 years as a General Manager.
- Profound wine knowledge, with a Sommelier certification strongly preferred.
- Established history in managing luxury dining or high-end service environments.
- Strong financial skills, experienced in managing budgets, enhancing sales, and controlling costs.
