We’re searching for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and brings energy, vision, and a passion for excellence.

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading high-volume operations with $10M+ annual revenue.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive profit and loss (P&L) management experience—capable of driving profitability while managing costs effectively.
  • Assertive, sharp, and quick-thinking—able to make confident decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a commitment to fostering and enhancing company culture and core values.
  • A natural coach and mentor who inspires and develops team members to perform at their best.
  • Energized and driven, with the stamina to excel in a high-volume atmosphere—this role is not for the burnt out.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a performance-driven, business-minded environment.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing profit plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of navigating challenges successfully.
  • Experience working collaboratively with hands-on ownership to align on goals and strategies.
