We are one of the most successful fast-food restaurant companies in the country. We are now hiring Restaurant General Managers to hit the ground running. Our restaurants are located in high-traffic retail areas. Our company does not cap compensation. Our top General Manager in the Indianapolis area made $40,000 plus in bonuses last year. We are growing rapidly, with a focus on opening high-traffic suburban areas. Quality of life is our top focus for our teams. Requirements for Restaurant General Managers

  • 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in Fast Food
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years 
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
