We are searching for a dynamic leader to join a growing company in their Central Florida region. Fast-casual or Full-service restaurant experience is required. Passion for people and culture or what drives this brand! Not a franchise concept, all stores are company owned and operated.

Restaurant Regional Manager Requirements

3+ years of multi-unit experience in Fast-casual or Full-service casual with 6+ locations
Strong experience with new store openings as a multi-unit leader
Able to provide passionate leadership with a focus on developing talent and future leaders
Strong financial acumen and focus on guest service, driving sales and controlling costs
Passionate about building a positive company culture and upholding brand standards
Flexible, adaptable, and strong communication skills. Ability to interact weekly with Owners other Execs
Visionary, but willing to embrace the culture already in place and help foster its continued growth
