Bank Compliance Manager Responsibilities and Benefits:

  • Implement new and updated lending regulations
  • Assist in developing and implementing lending compliance policies and procedures
  • Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date lending compliance policies, procedures, and disclosures
  • Provide compliance guidance and support to lending business units, including reviewing departmental procedures

Bank Compliance Manager Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • Minimum three years of lending compliance experience
  • Proficiency in various regulations, including Flood Insurance, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Appraisal Rules (Regulation B), Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, Truth-in-Lending Act and Regulation Z, BSA, and Fair Lending laws such as Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B, Military Lending Act, and Servicemember Civil Relief Act
  • Minimum three years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of the banking industry and retail services
