We are seeking a visionary Executive Medical Director to lead our brand-new GP and Urgent Care hospitals located in the Los Angeles, CA area. If you're a dynamic, entrepreneurial veterinarian with a passion for shaping medical culture and driving excellence, we want you to join our leadership team!

Our state-of-the-art facilities are specifically designed to provide a welcoming environment for pets and clients alike, featuring spacious lobbies, urgent care triage areas, dental suites, surgery rooms with dual tables, doctor offices, and comfortable break rooms for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets and manage budgets
  • Drive hospital standards of care and develop hospital-specific SOPs
  • Foster a culture of resilience, responsibility, and client-focused service
  • Participate in leadership training and Executive Medical Director meetings
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, friendly relationships with clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in CA
  • Preferably 1+ years of P&L responsibility
  • Extensive experience developing and mentoring the DVM team
  • Minimum 6 years in veterinary practice
  • Proven comfort and experience with urgent care cases
