Corporate Executive Chef

We are looking for a talented and experienced Corporate Chef to lead our corporate culinary operations and oversee all aspects of menu design, cost management, and food preparation for a Mediterranean fast-casual brand. As the Executive Chef, you will create exceptional dining experiences and ensure the highest food quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operating and marketing teams, providing culinary leadership to our company operators.

·      Craft innovative and diverse menus that highlight creativity, culinary skill, and a thorough understanding of various cuisines and dietary preferences. Regularly update and refine menus to maintain freshness and appeal.

·      Lead and mentor the culinary team to foster a positive and creative work environment. Provide guidance and feedback to support the team's growth and development.

·      Build and sustain relationships with food and equipment vendors to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and culinary tools.

·      Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen expenses to meet financial targets while upholding quality standards.

·      Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency, comply with company standards, and ensure high food preparation and presentation standards.

Corporate Chef Benefits:

Corporate Chef Qualifications:

·      3-5 years as a senior culinary leader experience.

·      Experience in opening new restaurants.

·      Effective leadership and strong team-building skills.

·      Possesses a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment.

·      Possess creative culinary skills and a strong passion for Mediterranean cuisine and healthy food trends.

·      Possess solid expertise in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
