We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Stoughton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing, including generating reports and supporting audits
