We are looking to add an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to our team in the Beautiful Mountains of NC.

Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Step in and lead when the Superintendent is unavailable
  • Ability to perform all duties in golf course maintenance
  • Able to coach, delicate and lead a team
  • Update and track maintenance activities
  • Hungry to stay up to date with the latest golf course maintenance technologies and best practices
  • Supervise the mowing, watering, and maintenance of tees, greens, fairways, and related areas

Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Requirements:

  • Bent Grass experience
  • NC State Pesticide license or ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
  • 2-4 year turfgrass degree or related experience.
  • Familiar with Keeping MSDS sheets up to date.
  • A friendly, supportive management style, while upholding accountability.
