Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Operations: Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing culinary and service staff
Financial Performance: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and inventory
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through top-notch service and culinary offerings
Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items
Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in an event or banquet food & beverage management role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
Proven experience in training and developing staff
Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
