We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations: Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of culinary and service staff.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and inventory.
• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through top-notch service and culinary offerings.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items.
• Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
• Experience in training and developing staff.
• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
