One of the hottest, fast casual restaurant groups across the country is seeking an experienced Bench Director of Operations to help open and grow a new market in the Charleston, WV area. If you have a passion for serving people, developing teams and growing your career as a multi-unit leader-we want to speak with you!

Restaurant Area Director of Operations Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 yrs experience as a Multi-Unit Manager for high volume Casual or Fast-Casual Restaurants
• New Restaurant Opening experience
• Proven background in building sales in new markets and delivering profits to the company
• Strong mentorship and development skills
• Good tenure in previous positions-minimum of 3 years in each role
• Desire for involvement within local community
