Assistant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:
- 3+ Years in Quick-Service Management (drive-thru experience preferred)
- People-Focused Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a motivated team
- Cost & Inventory Management: Ensure profitability through smart ordering and budget oversight
- Operational Excellence: Maintain restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
- Proven Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated success managing staff in a high-volume setting
