General Manager Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume, concept-driven restaurant, ideally one that frequently accommodates private events.
• Leadership Skills: Prior success in opening new restaurant concepts, assembling and developing teams, and implementing front-of-house (FOH) and HR systems is highly desirable.
• Culinary Interest: Strong enthusiasm for and knowledge of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and cultural nuances.

General Manager responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the FOH leadership team, including the Service Director, Beverage Director, and Assistant General Manager.
• Embody and promote exceptional hospitality, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive operational excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
