We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef with expertise in steak cuts and cuisines to join our team at our esteemed upscale steakhouse. If you thrive in a supportive environment, excel in a dynamic and diverse setting, possess creative flair, and have 2–3 years of experience in full-service upscale dining, we invite you to apply!

Sous Chef Qualifications + Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume upscale/fine dining environments
  • Previous role as an Executive Sous Chef preferred, with a culinary arts training program degree or equivalent experience, particularly in high-end fine dining
  • Proficiency in consistently delivering high-quality culinary products, with meticulous attention to detail and daily operational focus
  • Mastery of plate presentation and adherence to quality standards
  • Demonstrated professionalism and hospitality towards guests and colleagues
