Our growing company will be opening a new location and we are in need of a General Manager to lead our teams. We are known for our seasonal scratch-cooking menu items and offer an amazing quality of life to our management teams.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Execute all necessary administration responsibilities
  • Team building including hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations
  • Maintenance of all brand standards
  • Development of management team including ongoing training and annual reviews
  • Profit and loss, labor, and food cost management

General Manager Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a General Manager position
  • Experience managing sales in the 4-5 million range
  • Scratch cooking restaurant experience is a plus
  • Financially successful with cost management
  • Open availability
  • Experience with new store openings is a plus!
