We’re looking for an experienced Beverage Director to join our dynamic team at a renowned, innovative multi-unit, multi-concept F&B management group. Beverage Director Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Beverage Director experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environment.
  • Strong wine pairing and spirits (whiskey) knowledge.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to take and give direction.
  • Computer competency is a must.

Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitability and overall operational compliance by ensuring high-quality food and service standards.
  • Build and develop team talent through effective training, communication, and follow-through.
  • Plan and communicate effectively with the team and supervisors to execute the action plan and achieve goals.
