We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our dynamic team at a renowned, innovative multi-unit, multi-concept F&B management group. If you’re a driven, energetic leader with a passion for hospitality and a hands-on approach, this is your opportunity to advance your career to the next level!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations at a busy, upscale steakhouse concept, with this New opening!
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure the consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience.
- Take disciplinary action when necessary to maintain a positive and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Winning Personality: You know how to motivate and lead your team while ensuring guests receive the best possible experience.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel setting.
- Steakhouse experience is a HUGE plus! Bring your expertise in a refined steakhouse environment to elevate our dining experience.
- Strong motivation, great work ethic, and a track record of success with demonstrated progress at prior jobs.
