What We’re Looking For in a Master Chef:
- Experience: 3–5 years as a Chef; experience with scratch Italian cuisine is a bonus
- New Restaurant Expertise: Previous involvement in launching new locations
- Cost Management: A proven ability to control and optimize expenses
- High-Volume Kitchens: Scratch kitchen experience with $3M+ annual sales
- Leadership: Hands-on management style, excelling in both line work and staff development
