A well-established and highly respected company with multiple food-centric locations across the Midwest is actively seeking a skilled Front-End Service Manager for one of its newest stores. Join our team and help us deliver an exceptional grocery experience!

Front-End Service Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large teams with a focus on accountability
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salaried management experience in a high-volume retail environment, focusing on guest satisfaction and hospitality in the food and grocery sectors.
  • Background in roles involving regular customer interaction, fulfilling customer requests, and managing inquiries, feedback, and issues
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Proficient in operational management within a customer service setting
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
