A well-established and highly respected company with multiple food-centric locations across the Midwest is actively seeking a skilled Front-End Service Manager for one of its newest stores. Join our team and help us deliver an exceptional grocery experience!

Front-End Service Manager Qualifications:

Proven experience managing large teams with a focus on accountability
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Salaried management experience in a high-volume retail environment, focusing on guest satisfaction and hospitality in the food and grocery sectors.
Background in roles involving regular customer interaction, fulfilling customer requests, and managing inquiries, feedback, and issues
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Proficient in operational management within a customer service setting
Excellent problem-solving abilities
