Our growing company is looking for a Director of Construction with extensive residential and commercial construction experience. If you are looking to level up in your career, we would love to speak with you.

Director of Construction Benefits:

Director of Construction Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a management role with a construction firm
• Must have a strong electrical background
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Construction Management, and PMP would be nice
• Must have experience managing multiple teams and projects of commercial and residential construction
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and sub-contractors at once
• Good systems management, experience developing SOPS, using technology to drive efficiency
