Specialty Travel Insurance Sales Director Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with tech-forward distribution partners in travel, insurtech, fintech, and travel-tech sectors.
  • Manage pipeline, set ambitious goals, and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams for partner success.
  • Travel as needed, contribute insights, and drive growth.
  • Utilize sales expertise in direct client sales and key account management.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and positive team-player attitude.
  • Manage time effectively in a work-from-home environment.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging customer needs in the travel insurance industry.
  • Set ambitious goals aligned with the mission of building a humanity-focused travel insurance company.
