Specialty Travel Insurance Sales Director Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with tech-forward distribution partners in travel, insurtech, fintech, and travel-tech sectors.
- Manage pipeline, set ambitious goals, and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with underwriting, engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams for partner success.
- Travel as needed, contribute insights, and drive growth.
- Utilize sales expertise in direct client sales and key account management.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and positive team-player attitude.
- Manage time effectively in a work-from-home environment.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
- Stay informed about current and emerging customer needs in the travel insurance industry.
- Set ambitious goals aligned with the mission of building a humanity-focused travel insurance company.
