One of Florida's busiest sports bars is growing and looking for a strong Kitchen Manager. We want candidates who can handle and enjoy working in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment and who have a strong passion for the hospitality industry! We are growing and want strong players on our team.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Train, develop, and motivate their team
• Control costs and achieve financial results
• Set a high standard for health codes and inspections
• Ensure the quality of food, recipes, and procedures

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years in the kitchen with a full-service concept
• High sales volume experience of $4+ million
• Steady tenure
