Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and run daily operations
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 100+ people
  • High level of financial responsibility
  • Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Must have experience with $8 Million or higher in annual sales volume
  • Must be highly polished and professional
  • Strong leadership and highly skilled at financials and corporate systems
  • New restaurant opening experience is a PLUS!
