We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of service, training and developing staff, and maintaining a smooth, organized operation. A strong focus on people management, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential to succeed in this role.
Upscale Dining Restaurant Manager Comp & Benefits:
- Salary: $78k-$85k + performance-based incentives

Upscale Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
- Experience with steakhouse operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of health and sanitation laws at the local, state, and federal levels
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to take direction and give constructive feedback
Upscale Dining Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to consistently meet and exceed service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing the quality of food, service, and ambiance
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff development
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
