We are currently looking for a Human Resources Director to join our corporate team. We are a large company with over 10,000 employees and growing!
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and objectives that are in line with company goals; be the strategic HR business partner to senior executives; translate HR strategies into actionable items
- Manage company-wide labor cost and department budget to align with financial growth
- Oversee and provide guidance to HR operations including talent acquisition, employment transactions, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, safety and health, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with senior executives to implement organizational structure to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness, foster communication, and ensure that proper control points are in place
- Partner closely with Legal department to provide guidance on employee relations cases and resolution of disputes; Ensure adherence to applicable regulations including FLSA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, COBRA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, Workers Compensation, etc.
Human Resources Director Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years of related experience in a similar role in a large organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent work experience is required; A certificate in human resources from an accredited institution preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience with matrix organization, and/or multi-unit management is preferred
- Proficient in systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Kronos, as well as G-Suite preferred
