Restaurant Assistant Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service establishment
  • Wine experience is a must! Level 1 Sommelier is preferred
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service 
  • Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
  • ServSafe manager certification or other food handler manager certifications
  • Ability to train staff, either individually or as a group in a new restaurant setting
  • Upbeat, positive attitude every day!
