Restaurant Assistant Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service establishment
- Wine experience is a must! Level 1 Sommelier is preferred
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
- ServSafe manager certification or other food handler manager certifications
- Ability to train staff, either individually or as a group in a new restaurant setting
- Upbeat, positive attitude every day!
