We are looking for an energetic chef who can lead and manage our BOH team in a high-volume setting!

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of Sous Chef level experience in a high-volume, upscale, scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Steady tenure
  • Experience with private dining and banquets is important
  • Brunch experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to take direction
