Meat Department Manager Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in a meat department, including managing a department team
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills – the ability to motivate and retain strong team members
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong organizational and planning skill set
- Passionate about motivating teams, developing staff, and committed to a people-first culture
- Strong financial acumen-understand food cost, labor cost, buying, and inventories, and can set action plans for improvement
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to uphold and follow company standards and procedures
