Bakery Department Manager Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Bakery and team member management
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and retain strong team members
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong organizational and planning skill set
  • Passionate about motivating teams, developing staff, and committed to a people-first culture
  • Strong financial acumen-understand food cost, labor cost/scheduling, invoicing, purchasing, and inventories
  • Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to commit to upholding and following up on company standards, procedures, and recipe execution
