Our client, an iconic hospitality brand, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle their human resources generalist duties and functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the nuances of hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
HR Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $62k-$72k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Life, and disability insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) program

- 401(k) plan
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- SHRM or HRCI credentialing required
- At least five years experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of IL hospitality laws
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Employee relations
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Risk management i.e. workplace safety and worker's compensation
- Change management advocate with diplomacy
- Employee training and development strategy and execution
- Oversee the performance management process
