Now accepting applications for an experienced Wholesale/Retail Manager who can cover multiple locations across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This role will work with existing Wholesale Warehouse Managers/Branch managers to direct and coordinates activities of the branch including but not limited to sales, warehouse, delivery, and overall P&L responsibility.

Wholesale/Retail Manager Minimum Requirements:
- 4-10 years management experience
- Degree in management, preferred
- Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
- Ability and desire to travel to regional locations, as needed
- Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC and heating
- Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
- Proven ability to comprehensively analyze P&L statement
- Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
- Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
- Valid driver's license in good standing, personal vehicle
