We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to lead and manage our administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless day-to-day functionality of our office while fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors.

Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and payroll processes to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, providing timely reminders to staff about upcoming events.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies, ordering additional stock as required to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and ensure all invoices are processed and paid promptly.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing general support to address their needs and inquiries.

Office Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • An associate degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential computer applications.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, customer service, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
