Are you a passionate Speech Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact without the need to travel between patients? Join us in building an exceptional in-house rehab department at our Dallas-based facilities! This salaried, facility-based role allows you to focus entirely on providing high-quality care to our medically complex pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate daily treatment records
• Foster positive interactions with patients, their families, and staff to support a compassionate care environment

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Texas SLP License
• ASHA Certification
• Medicaid Provider Number

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 per year
