Our upscale restaurant group is seeking a Chef de Cuisine. If you have strong management experience in upscale independent restaurants, we would love to speak with you.

Chef de Cuisine Benefits:

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Executive team to manage daily restaurant operations
• Involved in menu development and recipe testing
• Train and develop a team of cooks into future leaders
• Financial accountability, inventory management
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food presentation

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, upscale, or fine-dining environment
• Demonstrated administrative abilities in inventory control, costing, and scheduling
• Experience with 5M or more in volume
