We are looking to hire an Area Coach for a renowned restaurant brand in North Carolina. The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring profitability, developing leadership, and maintaining operational excellence across multiple locations, typically managing 7 to 8 restaurants. This role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational systems at each site. The Area Coach will work closely with General Managers to boost guest traffic and help cultivate internal talent, supporting team members in their growth into future leadership positions. This is an engaging, hands-on position.
Requirements:
– A strong work ethic combined with a positive and winning attitude
– A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
– Experience in high-volume QSR or Fast Casual settings is required
– Exceptional business insight combined with a passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring others to achieve outstanding results
– Ability to develop leaders with a servant leadership approach
Director of Operations Compensation:
– Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 base.
– Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
– Strong potential for performance-based bonuses.
– Regular working hours without late-night demands.
– 15 days of paid time off (PTO) and a 401(k) plan with significant matching contributions.
