Our team is in search of a dynamic and passionate fine-dining Chef de Cuisine for an exclusive oasis in the Florida Keys. This role requires living and working full-time in the Florida Keys.

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership role, preferably as an Executive Sous, Sous, or CDC
- 3+ years working in fine dining, with strong attention to detail
- Passion for guest experience, and ability to navigate a high-demand clientele
- Strong understanding of business financials, and experience driving revenue and lowering costs
