Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume, scratch cooking, farm-to-table cuisine, and full butchery. Sous Chef Responsibilities

Manage food, supplies, and kitchenware orders
Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients and preparations
Assist in developing new menu items
Standardize recipes, plate presentations, and maintain superb cuisine standards
Collaborate with management to create outstanding guest experiences

Sous Chef Qualifications

Proven experience in culinary arts, fine dining, or farm-to-table settings
Commitment to the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Passion for food and innovative cooking techniques
Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm for training team members
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
