We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and empathetic Office Manager who is skilled in driving change, building internal and external relationships, and optimizing operations to help lead our team through an exciting period of growth and transformation. Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative environment. Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support the transformation.
  • Utilize empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills to address resistance and build trust with team members during periods of change.
  • Evaluate and streamline inefficient processes while respecting existing traditions, using data-driven decisions to justify changes.
  • Communicate the benefits of change clearly, ensuring transparency and consistency across the team. Build relationships with key stakeholders and team members to foster buy-in.
  • Lead general office operations, such as manage scheduling, respond to customer inquiries, handle customer escalations, manage deposits, and communicate with vendors.

 Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success rallying team members to advocate for change within peer groups.
  • Proven experience leading change initiatives in previous roles, especially in challenging or transformation-heavy environments.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and persuade.
  • Ability to thrive in an unpredictable, evolving work environment.
  • Experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus.
