Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- Passion for creating experiences and great hospitality
- 3+ years as AGM or GM of a fine dining or upscale casual operation
- Willingness to be hands-on, while maintaining the highest standards with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Strong wine knowledge not required but very helpful
