A well-established, woman-owned ice cream Shop is looking for an Assistant District Manager for their Ice Cream Shop concepts. If you are an energetic, positive leader, looking for a great work-life balance, this is the perfect match!
Assistant District Manager Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day operations
- Dealing with guests and customers
- Leading and training staff members
- Writing schedules
- Helping conduct inventories
- Helping maintain a positive work culture
Assistant District Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in a Multi-Unit Management role
- Hands-on Mentality
- Great Computer Skills
- Some financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Unquestionable character and integrity
