A passionate team of philanthropists seeking a Grants Administration Manager! This position will create and manage high quality capacity building offerings and bring a passion and expertise in developing professional development and innovative learning opportunities to Miami’s nonprofit community.

Grants Administration Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent work or life experiences.
  • Five plus years in a nonprofit leadership role.
  • Strong background/understanding of Miami’s nonprofit landscape
  • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of community-facing capacity building programs and services made available through our Foundation.
  • Create and maintain a robust network locally and nationally
  • Build quality relationships with nonprofit leaders to support their organizational capacity building goals through one-on-one meetings and attendance of key community events.
  • Attend local and national programs and conferences, and serve as a subject-matter expert as appropriate.
