A well-respected restaurant group needs a strong Sous Chef. Seafood experience in a fine dining setting is a must.

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Partner with the Executive Chef on everything from menu development to staffing
• 3 years of leadership in preferably Chef-driven concepts or high-end quality kitchens
• Must have upscale seafood experience
• Established longevity & career progression 
• Professional image & demeanor 

Sous Chef Expectations:

• Leadership presence and involvement in shift management 
• Models hospitality and delivers service excellence 
• Develops and mentor the team
• Deliver the highest quality of food and contribute to exceeding expectations 
• Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes 
• Inventory control (food & product cost)
