Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee and streamline office operations, including scheduling, customer inquiries, deposits, vendor orders, and administrative tasks.
- Implement change strategies to introduce new policies, technologies, and team structures in a phased, measurable approach.
- Use data to track operational and change effectiveness, adjusting strategies to drive efficiency.
- Communication and Relationship Development
- Clearly articulate goals and benefits of changes, aligning them with team objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Build alliances with key team members to advocate for operational improvements and encourage peer support.
- Conflict Management and Empathy
- Apply empathy and active listening to understand team concerns and address them constructively.
- Effectively manage and resolve conflicts, facilitating open and productive dialogue.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in office operations, change management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in implementing change initiatives and streamlining operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks or other financial software.
- Data analysis skills to assess and report on operational and change initiatives.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a focus on transparency.
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
