We are looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef with a proven track record of running multi-unit concepts in a luxury hotel or resort. This opportunity offers tons of growth potential, a great work environment, and a progressive company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation and development of a pastry program
Staffing, monitoring, oversite of quality control
Ensure that all food preparation is per regulatory guidelines
Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items
Hire, train, and manage staff regularly to upkeep brand standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years experience in a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel or resort
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong passion for the art of food design
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Team player
